Terms of service
The general terms governing use of this website and enquiries for Drum Break lessons.
About these terms
These terms apply to the Drum Break website and to enquiries submitted through it. Detailed booking, payment, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be provided before you commit to a programme.
Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting the website form does not create a booking and does not guarantee a particular time. A booking is only confirmed once availability, the applicable terms and payment arrangements have been agreed directly.
Programme information and prices
Drum Break aims to keep programme descriptions, prices and availability accurate. They may change from time to time. The price and arrangements confirmed directly with you will apply to your booking.
Attendance, cancellation and rescheduling
The specific policy applying to missed, cancelled or rescheduled lessons will be shared before payment. Please review it carefully before confirming your place.
Health and safety
Please follow reasonable studio and equipment instructions. Tell Drum Break before booking about any injury, condition or access requirement that may affect safe participation. Drum tuition is educational and does not replace medical advice.
Personal belongings
You remain responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio, except where loss or damage results from negligence or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Website content
The website is provided for general information about Drum Break. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, branding, photographs and learning materials belong to Drum Break or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Drum Break is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising solely from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in England and Wales will deal with disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
